Good reference:
https://docs.ton.org/v3/documentation/smart-contracts/message-management/message-modes-cookbook

P.S.: Start from that and write everything from the base modes — basic 3 base modes plus possible additional flags.

P.P.S.: Might be best to put this into Cookbook and then reference from "sending messages" and "message mode" pages.
