Maybe this should be implemented as a separate window, or implemented as a separate site altogether so as not to clutter the existing interface and just add a link button?

It seems super useful to me, especially in the context of being able to deploy a contract directly from webIDE and then send a message to it? And if you add support for sending structures from Tact, it becomes just the perfect tool.
