[V4] Tailwind styles dont apply in laravel when running npm run dev.

Like the description say when I'm developing and running npm run dev the styles are not applied.
When I run npm build I can see all the changes.
When I run npm run dev again all the styles are gone.

This is a new install I followed the instructions from the tailwindcss site in the laravel specific section. This worked very well with v3 but ive now spent hours upon hours deleting and setting up new projects and trying different things like trying to use postcss but i still get the same exact issues.

Got it sorted it turned out to be an ssl issue, The browser was blocking the styles. If anyone runs into a similar issue try enabling ssl.

possibly related to the recent CORS issue in Laravel Vite? Have you upgraded to v1.2 yet? That might solve your issue w/o needing the SSL.

to be honest im fairly new to laravel and i use herd to manage it. Not sure if i have to manually update it or if herd will do it but i will look into it.
