There is a tsserver schema in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/blob/main/extensions/typescript-language-features/package.json. Seems like the schema generator script is fetching the list from https://gist.github.com/williamboman/a01c3ce1884d4b57cc93422e7eae7702, so ultimately it's up to him to update the list.
