Identify UI/UX related problems with the tipline

We've identified following UX related issues that need to be fixed to better engage/retain tipline users.

1. People coming to the tipline from the ad often use the pre-written question "Can I learn more about your business?"
   These get an automated response of "⚠️The Deepfakes Analysis Unit tipline is only for audio and video."

2. Many people send audio notes asking about the tipline, which gets counted as a genuine audio post and get forwarded to the dashboard.

3. Simplify the wall of text in multiple languages by a language agnostic video

4. Many users are not going beyond the first two questions. We Could show the educational content to them in a last ditch effort to get them to engage with the tipline? These educational content could have a cta of sending video to the tipline

5. Highlight DAU's credentials and trust worthiness prominently
