Create an Admin tab is the user is a Connect Admin

Work on an admin tab:

• Tracking all server usage
• Tracking usage by publisher
• Looking at the time spent on each app
• Tracking server resource usage (If added as an API endpoint in future)

Also may be beneficial to add a table at the bottom showing all user information on the server. This would probably be similar to the user info top table but with all users listed. The second table in the users tab showing the users content could also be displayed as a sub table of the first table if they are a publisher (or if they have any content to show)
