Part of the removed implementation in dae4e21 could be helpful

I wonder if it is worth it. Alignment is not very hard, it might be easier just to write it

If a latexindent.pl is added, it could be called through annotations as proposed in #68

The alignment is implemented directly. Closing for now as the latexindent.pl dependency is nice to avoid
