Script not working with TRAIN A CUSTOM YOLOv4-tiny OBJECT DETECTOR example

Hi,

First of all thanks for this amazing tutorial.

When running this script the two files train and test are empty, after checking the code removing "obj" folder on all paths it's working ok.

Also when you are training the yolov4-tiny the weight results are stored in other folder, in yolov4 and the training fail, I needed to create a second folder "yolov4" to store results.
