When reading a book on mobile, the menu bar / title header should be "semi-sticky": it appears at the top of the screen and scrolls off as you scroll down, but then re-appears if you scroll up a bit, no matter how far down you've scrolled. This is a pretty common mobile UX.
I copied code from mdbook to implement this, but it's not working for me (on Firefox for Android). The menu bar is just always remaining in view. I probably just missed or messed up the CSS.
