Description

The components allow to set a value to 0 in the AM/PM segment. This is an issue related to the common package.

Steps To Reproduce

Open - https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-d3yqdj-pvnsny?file=src%2Fapp%2Fapp.component.ts,src%2Fapp%2Fapp.module.ts
Click on the AM/PM segment and press 0 to change its value.
