Describe the bug
There is a visible misalignment between the headers and the cells in the TimelineMonthView of the Scheduler component when using the bootstrap 4 theme theme. The issue occurs when Windows display scaling is set to 125%. Here is the ticket for reference: https://supportheroes.telerik.com/ticket/1665968

Expected behavior
The headers and cells of the Scheduler to be aligned correctly

After further investigation, it appears the issue is caused by how header/table positioning calculations in the Scheduler are handled. I forwarded the problem to the corresponding team - its progress could be followed in the following thread:
telerik/kendo-ui-core#8125
