Add transaction count column on /accounts section

Overview

This issue is closed because it is included in this other one: #952

Currently, we don't have an indexer solution for counting the transactions for a given address so we can't include that data into the /v1/balances endpoint results (requested here).

So, we need to build this requirement solution apart in the future in a separate issue to be able to give a quick solution to this other (high prior issue) requesting enhancement for the Teloscan /accounts section.
