Add UI templates for different vintages of browsers

Now that WRP supports html templates for the UI, different versions could be provided for older and never browsers. Never could use basic JS and CSS to make them look prettier.

I'm trying out WRP for NEXTSTEP, if it works out i'll think about what UX might make sense for it.
