Re-enable broken tests

Description

Many tests were disabled in PR #52. There has been an issue created about each underlying problem behind the disabled issues, and the names of the disabled tests have been listed in each issue. When resolving any of these issues, re-enabling of the tests should follow.

The issues are:

• Datamodel command requires parameters to be in wrong order #41
• Some commands using a where instruction don't parse properly #42
• Return command parses the aliasParameter incorrectly #43
• Savedsearch does not recognize strEQstrParameter #44
• Setfields command doesn't parse additional setfieldsParameters #45
• Sitop command parses the integer incorrectly #46
• Top command doesn't parse multiple fields #47
• Tstats command can't parse where parameter #48
• Sort command only takes up to two fields as parameter #49
• Dedup command doesn't require the fieldList parameter #50
