When a review is clicked on from either the profile page or the notifications pane we should be able to scroll it into view on the course page

One way that we could do this is like reddit, where it shows only the selected review:

This might be nicer to implement than finding where to scroll to, especially with the possibility to implement pagination for course reviews in the future
