Only list-courses and download commands support fetching from multiple servers #371

The other commands can't fetch courses from the other servers than the lastly used.

This bug only applies to the command options that try to find course without downloading them first locally.

The commands without multi-server support are:

Exercise command's --internet option.
Info command's --internet option.
