title says it all, in my rush to victory, a lot of bsf calls don's have a test string. find a rainy afternoon a fix this!

fixed....
in make bench, d0 and h0 seem to fail. Something with seed= not working?

intermittend failures were because "cputime" was included in some datafiles, which of course fails the checksum. The bsf program has a default to skip cputime
