Cannot fetch adrenalin driver from AMD website #84

c029eef temporarily disabled the build stage to download the adrenalin installer, as the AMD website now presents the following error when attempting to download:

In order for the build to include a working RGA compiler, we need to find some other way to acquire and bundle the atidxx64.dll and amdvlk64.dll files.
