Decodes and archives Guild Wars 2 STRS files extracted from a DAT archive.
Run the application
Use the open button on the toolbar to select STRS files
- RC4 encrypted entries are skipped
- Application will crash on files with 1024+ entries
- Files can incorrectly default to English
