when I zoom the lens focus another part of the image #72

I have this issue only on specific images. What I am trying to do is to zoom at a 200pxx500px image and when I place the zoom to magnify the image, it will always show another part of the image which is a few pixels at the top of the current place I zoom. How can I control this zoom ?
