Users cannot scroll to the "Apply" and "Delete" buttons on the themes page

A band-aid fix is to apply this theme, it may break some things. https://acrd.app/themes/T0xbi9j

Better theme, now based on the default Horzion theme -> https://acrd.app/themes/NV1GsAA
