Allow multiple users for the same console

Request for allowing multiple users within a single console.
This is mainly so that I can keep the joysticks paired to the console, without having to repair every single time (from using in the actual console vs remote play)

So my idea is simply to:

1. Turn on PS4
2. Connect DS4 to PS4, with a regular login (direct connection to the PS4 via bluetooth)
3. Use remote play while keeping the DS4 connected (user that logs in must not be the same as the one used in step 2)

The problem arises when we want to use the same user as the one in step 2.
Chiaki does not allow to add a 2nd user to the same console. (the PS-ID is different, but console the same)

Sorta, having different users on the same console that are used for different things is not supported by Chiaki.

Chiaki should allow to add the same console again if PSN-ID is different.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can work around this issue by keeping 2 Chiaki configs, one for each user.
Have to manually move files before starting Chiaki though..
