For example, the https://www.tidyverse.org/blog/index.xml entry for the most recent blog post https://www.tidyverse.org/blog/2024/02/ggplot2-3-5-0-axes/ contains image references like:

Note: I converted the ampersand codes from the raw XML to show the relative figure path more clearly.

This shows up as a broken image for some feed readers:
