Review core packages page, add lubridate

For example, lubridate has been added to the tidyverse as of 2.0.0 and is missing from https://www.tidyverse.org/packages/#core-tidyverse

It looks like the way this works is not too horribly complicated:

• The PNGs for the logos live here https://github.com/tidyverse/tidyverse.org/tree/main/themes/hugo-graphite/static/css/images/hex. You can get a lubridate logo from here https://github.com/rstudio/hex-stickers/blob/main/PNG/lubridate.png
• It looks like you'll want to run this script to make sure the logo gets resized to the right size https://github.com/tidyverse/tidyverse.org/blob/5317c7a956f2a6b9a4d85a347498dfe5e878832a/themes/hugo-graphite/static/css/images/hex/magick-script.R
• And then you'll want to add lubridate to the end of this YAML package data, with a description and links etc https://github.com/tidyverse/tidyverse.org/blob/main/data/packages.yml
• Then rebuild the website, and that might be all

An additional challenge may be to get the lubridate logo on the front page too, i.e. https://www.tidyverse.org/. Not sure how that works
