UserStory - Courier Calculator

As an AmSYS user, I would like access to a courier contract calculator, so that I can create couriers for my alliance with the appropriate collateral and reward.

some considerations:

• max collateral?
• max m3?
• min reward?
• information provided? (cans allowed? approved pickup/dropoff? time frame for contract accept/complete?)
