Callout Blocks

Hi!
I think it would be great to add callout blocks similar to what Outline has in its editor, specifically something that looks like that:

I picture a callout command with a submenu (similar to the other headers submenu) allowing these types of callout:

• Warning (Orange with a ⚠️)
• Tip (Yellow, with a ✨)
• Success (Green with a ✅)
• Danger (Red with a ⛔️)
• Info (Blue with a blue ❕)

For the moment I use quotes with a different font color to acheive the same result, but it's not really practical, especially when writting documentation for others or yourself.

Maybe this approach is not the best, and should take in account more customizatio options. However, I reckon the approach I propose is simpler to implement than a generic solution.
