​"Discover what's new" button brings me to blogpost instead of changelog

What happened?

After installing a new version of Affine, for example 19.3, and I click on the "Discover What's New" button, I get redirected to the blog post of the release 19.
Instead I would love to be redirected to the actual changelog of 19.3.

I observed this behavior now for several months already.

PS: I put it here as a bug report because I believe it is supposed to link to the changelog.
