Seems to do *EDIT internally. Could this be tidied up somehow?

The default would be ordinary BASIC 4 but maybe it'd be nice to have this as an option if you know you're not going to have EDIT installed.

Huh, seems it's in the Compact version too, even though there's no EDIT there. So if Acorn didn't care about this, maybe I shouldn't either??
