Can't open files on S3

ownCloud 10.5.0
Plugin: files_primary_s3 1.1.2

When I create a new diagram - it-;s working and saving.
But when i click on drawio file - it doesn't open drawio, its downloading the file to computer.
In other environment without files_primary_s3 - it's working normally.

Other plugin - like onlyoffice - it is working normally with files_primary_s3
