Relates to: #112

I would like to have a series of articles reviewing other index/tracker solutions.

I've already written this:

Review and Setup Guide for UNIT3D

I want to add sqtracker to the series.

I think this is good for the community and also for us (Torrust contributors) because we can learn from other implementations:

Installation
Configuration
Features

And maybe we can also find coomon parts to collaborate.
