Change or convert kB/s to Mb/s

Is there a way to change kB/s to Mb/s for these entities?

I've seen people do things with UI packages to do the math. It's unlikely to add more data points to the integration each duplicating the same data unfortunately but it would be good to get ideas down here about how to manage that.
