'Register an app' from the developer portal is not working

I am trying to 'Register an app' from the developer portal. However it redirects me to the Tripit main page every time I tap the link. Would you please advices on that? Many thanks !

Hi @hyyuan, more than happy to help. Can you be more specific about what url you were on and what url you were redirected to when you clicked on "Register an app"? If you are signed in and already on the webpage https://www.tripit.com/developer/create, you must first select the type of application you want, "Full API Application" or "Add-to-Tripit Plugin", and then proceed to accurately fill out the form.

Thanks for your reply. I am on https://www.tripit.com/developer to tap the 'Register an app', and it always redirects me to https://www.tripit.com/app/trips, even now I try to navigate to https://www.tripit.com/developer/create, it redirects me to https://www.tripit.com/app/trips again.

I have the same issue. I sent an email to [email protected] 5 days ago but haven't heard anything.

Same issue, except I can't even go to tripit.com/developer, it just redirects me.
