Improve plots and data output

The plots should be improved to show more detail and be more readable.

More plots of the characteristic trajectory should be added.

Data output needs to be added. Specifically, maximum altitude and velocity etc. from the characteristic trajectory should be outputted to console and a text file. These stats from all other trajectories should also be outputted to a text file.

Dispersion information should also be output after a monte carlo simulation (mean impact position, 3sigma radius, etc.)

Should also use dashed/dotted lines for different phases (boost/coast/recovery)
