Hello,

Does anyone run or know of any public RETS test servers, which versions they are running at and possibly post the login credentials? Or even another resource that has a list of this information?

The problem is that the data is property belonging to the boards or realtors. Someone would have to run a RETS server with fake data or data. Talk to a local realtor or board, see if you can gain access to credentials for development purposes. Typically though, this costs money.

I know this is an old issue, but Austin Board of Realtors has a free rets server you can access. The data is a year old, but it should be good enough for development. I haven't used it personally, but remember reading about it here: https://medium.com/@patpohler/how-to-get-free-mls-data-to-develop-your-web-or-mobile-app-d31faf15830b
