RETS Test Servers in the Wild?

Hello,

Does anyone run or know of any public RETS test servers, which versions they are running at and possibly post the login credentials? Or even another resource that has a list of this information?

The problem is that the data is property belonging to the boards or realtors. Someone would have to run a RETS server with fake data or data. Talk to a local realtor or board, see if you can gain access to credentials for development purposes. Typically though, this costs money.

I know this is an old issue, but Austin Board of Realtors has a free rets server you can access. The data is a year old, but it should be good enough for development.
