Use Github Pages to host sphinx documentation. This will live under vanvoorhisgroup.mit.edu, most likely as

vanvoorhisgroup.mit.edu/quemb

• Set up Github Pages
• Modify Github Actions workflow so that gh-pages branch is updated with new sphinx docs at PR merge (See: https://coderefinery.github.io/documentation/gh_workflow/) Feat: Host docs on Github Pages #105
• Allow multiple docs based on tags (See: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72089650/how-to-host-multiple-version-of-a-sphinx-based-documentation-on-github) Support versioning for docs #106
• Add nbsphinx or myst-nb to allow parsed jupyter notebooks in sphinx (could be useful for things like Improve documentation of the WorkDir class #103)
• Figure out branch protection for gh-pages
• Build docs for PRs, host them temporarily (low priority)

Note to myself: url assignment should more or less happen automatically assuming that our cname record for group website is set up as intended, i.e. https://github.com/mscho527/gsoc2020 -> https://minsikcho.com/gsoc2020/
