ToIP is licensing the ToIP Glossary content under a less restrictive license than that is attached to the Sovrin Glossary. This is a violation of the Sovrin Glossary CC BY-SA license terms.

Proposed Solution

1. Change the ToIP LICENSE (https://github.com/trustoverip/concepts-and-terminology-wg/blob/master/LICENSE) file to use a license that matches the Sovrin Glossary license (i.e. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode)

2. Remove the Sovrin Glossary content from the ToIP Glossary
