Every Human Readable Glossary (HRG) is a file that contains a rendering of a selection of the MRG-entries from a single MRG. Since an MRG-entry is designed to contain everything an HRG generator may need to generate a (corresponding) HRG-entry, HRG generation is made easier if the generator can call a tool that creates an MRG for all the terms required in the HRG.

This issue calls for the creation of an option for the MRGT that does this. Essentially, the MRGT would then take an MRG as its input, find the term selection criteria (at a preconfigured place) to select the terms that need to become part of the HRG, then process them as it already can do now (with some exceptions), and generate a new MRG from that. The exceptions are that the term selection criteria may NOT contain @<scopetag> or @<scopetag>:<vsntag>.
