I'll create a PR with similar language to Stephen's JWS PR, but for how to use ACDCs, with help/input from our ACDC experts.

When you have a file on a DID URL path, we currently discuss in the spec how to provide a signature using JWS currently. This ACDC/KERI solution would allow us to provide historical key state from the KEL, etc. to show the signature was valid at that time.

We will simplify to the KEL backed signed file solution and update the documentation accordingly.
