Problems markers in anonymous inner classes are not displayed. #5

This is caused by the fact that when a class file is generated we wiped out the 
previous Kilim markers associated with the source file.  For classes that have 
anonymous inner classes this causes KilimBuilder to wipe out the markers for a 
particular source several times, thus losing some markers.
