Open bags not shifting across with default actions bars 4 & 5 enabled [+ bag bar suggestion]

Hello Tuller,

I recently added actions bars 4 & 5 to my UI & noticed it does not move the bag across like the default UI.

I've turned off all addons & can't seem to find anything else blocking this action.

May we also please have an option to revert the bag bar to the default state? (4 smaller bags and the option to collapse it with just the reagent bag). Left an image below just in case my explanation sucked! :P

This one is a side effect of Dominos turning off the stock action bars. Hooking UpdateContainerFrameAnchors might work, but may also not work in combat.
