EncounterBar and ExtraBar have bugs

When reporting an issue, please try to reproduce the issue with just Dominos and Dominos_Config running. Dominos reuses a good chunk of the stock UI, and other popular addons, like Move Anything, like to take control of those parts, too.

If EncounterBar or ExtraBar are present, they sometimes reset to the edit mode position when I use the mount, so I have to create the same position as Dominos with EncounterBar and ExtraBar in edit mode
