Unclear UI element: on tag search results, speaker icon adds tag to filter list whereas I assumed it would turn on push notifications

I assumed that this button

would turn on push notifications for that specific hashtag.
It instead adds it to the list of filtered hashtags (which hides it behind a warning on the timeline).

Flagging this because:

• I think my misunderstanding was reasonable, and might be common
• The effect of the button is kinda functionally opposite to my assumption (instead of meaning I'd hear more about that tag, I'd hear less)

Separate but related: toggling it on and off seems to add the tag to the list multiple times.
