When a toot contains one or more URLs, tapping on one opens it in the default application. This is the only possible interaction.

Sometimes, I want to send the single embedded link (not the whole toot, or a link to it) to another application, or just copy the link.

It would be good to have a context menu, likely on a long-press on a link, that offers at least those options:
• Open in app (default)
• Open in browser
• Share URL
• Copy URL

  • Tusky Version: 23.0

  • Android Version: Android 13

  • Android Device: Pixel 6a

  • Mastodon instance (if applicable): piaille.fr

  • I searched or browsed the repo’s other issues to ensure this is not a duplicate.

Same here with Tusky 24.0. However, there are reports that it might have worked in earlier versions!?

Would really like to have this feature for the same reasons as the OP.
