Now that we support infinite tabs, it will be easy to clutter up your tab bar with identical tabs

But how? Add the first letter of the hashtag or list to the icon? The whole name in tiny font? Different colors?

The suggestion in the post is a user-selectable emoji, but maybe a combination of first-letter + unique color could work?

Emoji and color are my favourite ideas.
