Detailed description

Viewing a video, even if only a few seconds, appears to re-download every time.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open a post with a video
Video starts downloading
Video stalls as it runs out of buffer
Download continues
Eventually playback resumes
End of video is reached
Playback starts again, and the download progress bar starts at the beginning
Video stalls again
