Describe the bug
When switched to another keyboard layout (e.g. Hebrew) shortcuts like Meta/Control + C don't work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch app
  2. Switch to another language layout
  3. Try using keyboard shortcuts
  4. See shortcuts don't work
