Describe the bug
When using peerbook and a pear is unverified and offline, the lock is in full color.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On a tablet, launch app
  2. Subscribe to peerbook (reply to this issue to get a free subscription)
  3. Use the install command to install webexec on a server
  4. Run webexec on the server
  5. See the lock
  6. stop webexec
  7. See the lock is not greyed out
