健保法雇主和受雇者是同一個分類 勞保只有一種分攤方式 實際從事勞動的雇主準用勞保法 所以雇主的計算方式應該就是表中的個人負擔加上雇主負擔吧? 只有在勞退的地方雇主是可以自行提繳最多6% 而員工是雇主提繳最少6%加上自行提繳最多6%
