删除笔记后笔记错乱的情况 #293

每次通过键盘cmd+backspace，删除一个笔记之后，笔记列表就会出现错乱的情况，
就是点击第一个笔记却展示第二个笔记的内容这种情况。
这时候需要重新点击其它分类，再点击回原分类，则顺序恢复正常。

已多次复现。但不是100%会出现，没搞懂是怎么回事。

还有偶尔会出现闪退的情况。
