Can anyone explain what's going on? Was this an oversight? I would love to have 4.6.2 on rubygems so my project using bootstrap via rubygems can upgrade to it.

Hi, 5.2.0 and 4.6.2 were recently released.
Bootstrap has historically (since 4.x) been released as a rubygems package, among other methods of distribution.
5.2.0 shows up on rubygems as of yesterday July 20, but 4.6.2 does not.
